Vernal Equinox 2014The Vernal Equinox occurs today. The night and the day are nearly equal in length, and in the Northern Hemisphere, the Earth’s celestial equator will be opposite the center of the Sun. A perfect balance.

Today is also the pagan holiday of Ostara. The Sun God is finally overtaking the Night, as the days become longer and the darkness retreats. In celebration of the return of Light, Master Plutocraft has created the virtual Sun Temple of Re for Healing Magick.

She is offering her services for a minimum $10 donation for spiritual healing, angelic and spirit guide messages, blessings and more. Now more than ever it is important to bring energies of light, peace, and healing into the world.

Enjoy this solar holiday by tapping into energies of rebirth, joy, creation, and new beginnings. Let go of all that has held you back this year, once and for all, and plant the seeds for a bright future.

May your Spirit bloom on this magickal day!

Spring, the sweet spring

By Thomas Nashe

Spring, the sweet spring, is the year’s pleasant king,
Then blooms each thing, then maids dance in a ring,
Cold doth not sting, the pretty birds do sing:
      Cuckoo, jug-jug, pu-we, to-witta-woo!
The palm and may make country houses gay,
Lambs frisk and play, the shepherds pipe all day,
And we hear aye birds tune this merry lay:
      Cuckoo, jug-jug, pu-we, to-witta-woo!
The fields breathe sweet, the daisies kiss our feet,
Young lovers meet, old wives a-sunning sit,
In every street these tunes our ears do greet:
      Cuckoo, jug-jug, pu-we, to witta-woo!
            Spring, the sweet spring!
