Before we talk about health, I want you to know that I am not a medical doctor and I am not giving any medical advice.

And the reason I want to touch on health is because Pluto Retrograde may bring out some UNEXPECTED health problems.
What is health?
Health has many parameters.
Let’s look at some.
You have:
- Physical health
- Mental health
- Emotional health
And you also have:
- Mental body health
- Emotional body health
- Spiritual body health
- Chakra system health
- Aura health
- Energy fields health
- Your psyche has health
- Habitual health
- Situational and circumstantial health
- Financial health
- Love life health

- Karmic health
- Past lives health
- And so on and on…
Health is NOT just body.
It covers many aspects and angles.
When something is “unhealthy”, it can affect other areas of health.
Let’s take at the typical examples:
In America, financial problems are one of the major causes of divorce. So, financial health can impact love life health. And that can impact your mental-emotional health, which can lead to problems with physical health.
See the chain reaction in action?
Can you count how many of them you already had?
So, how do you deal with subjects of improving your health in any area of your life?
Here is my favorite process:
- Identify when it all began
- Identify how, why and under what circumstances it all began
- Use logic with Magick to correct the problem
Let’s look at the example of divorce.
- It began about 10 years ago
- In began with my husband saying he wants a divorce. When I reflect back, I can honestly say that I stopped taking care of myself and he began to show less affection for me. Our sex life went down. I started to look for “outside” sources for sex. I thought I was too smart but he caught me. Since then, things never been the same.
- What can we do? I can sincerely talk to him and admit the problem. I can point out things I wish he would do different as well. I can ask for another chance and show him in action that I am not the same person anymore. I can do my hair sexier, dress sexier, act flirtier and I would also ask him to do the same. We can take a vacation outside of home and make it like new again. Besides that, I can get a Case Diagnostic and Magick suggested after that. I can also get Venus candle to regain my feminine powers and Neptune candle to supplement my attraction. At the same time, I can get our Marriage Blessing candle with Stay With Me spell. Based on the Case Diagnostic, if additional work is needed – we can proceed from there.

- “Demons are attacking me” (metaphysical illusion). Reality: subconscious mind is bringing out “demonic” on the surface for clearing.
- She said “We met in a wrong time and in the wrong place, therefore, we can’t be a couple. If we would meet sooner or later, in another place, things would be different” (logical and intuitive illusion). Reality: she has personal unresolved issues and fear of commitment, that’s why it feels “so wrong”.
- “I am too cursed to attract money”. Reality: subconscious mind is bring out deep money limited beliefs to be logically worked through and cleared. Person needs monetary self-reflection.
- “It is a wrong time”. Reality: Pluto Retrograde does have a tendency to slow things down. Again. Logical reflection on how to speed things up would make a huge difference. And of there is nothing can be done (which I am NOT a believer in), then maybe it is a time to wait until that idea disappears?
- “My Tarot readings are showing me that you will abandon me and meet a new woman”. Reality: are you reading deep enough? Do you understand what are cards showing? Maybe take some time away from the readings or do completely opposite – practice more? Otherwise, with such a conviction, you can make it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
- “She does not want to have sex with me anymore”. Reality: Pluto rules sex and it rules some kinky stuff. She is not ready for that kinky stuff yet, it was not even discussed to begin with. Now, she is slammed with new sexual ideas she never even thought of. But it does not mean she does not want to have sex. However, Pluto Retrograde can slow down sexual activity and make things harder. Again, logical and intimate navigation is a great key to success.
As you can see, Pluto Retrograde does bring some illusions which trigger intuition and logic. That’s why it is very important right now to remove one of the biggest enemies of humanity: haste.
And it is a great time to slow down and reflect instead.
Pluto Retrograde is asking you to take care of your:
- Mental body
- Emotional body
- Spiritual body
- Aura
- Chakras
- Energy systems
- Unhealthy psychic connections to other people
- And whatever else that may be linked to any type of energy filed, like an attached Spirit to a Spiritual body or vampiric link to Emotional body
We use Remote Viewing to “scan” the person for all sorts of abnormalities.

- Anyone who just “feels dark”

- Someone who makes you feel good ONLY if you sleep with them
- Someone who threats you
- People who put demands on you
- Clingy people who communicate with you about problems only
That’s a high indication you may be dealing with either someone dark or someone who is a victim of darkness and is looking to steal your energy.

What is justifiable? That’s the question you may ask. It is very simple: if you did not cause harm to someone but they caused harm to you – then you have all the rights to “return their doings” back.
Let’s say you went to high school and was shy. Because you weren’t popular and maybe you even had problems others could not understand, you were picked on.
You weren’t picking at anyone, but they picked at you. It made you feel bad, maybe even miserable and hit your self-esteem.
It is JUSTIFIABLE for you to case a spell to teach them a lesson!=
What is NOT justifiable?
Let’s assume you was picking on some girl who is shy. But it turns out, she had friends. Her friends gave you a warning. Your ego could not comprehend such “how dare are you, look at you and look at me, you ugly bitch” – and you seek revenge because that girl asked someone for defense, then it is NOT justifiable. I highly advice you to APOLOGIZE instead and MAKE REAL FRIENDS with the person you hurt.
That will pay off BIG in your favor!
Another example of NOT justifiable act is a cheating wife trying to stop a divorce using Magick. “How could that looser even think to divorce ME?”
And here is one more: someone used someone for money. That person figured all “ins and outs” of such “dating game” and dropped the so-called victim.
“OMG!!! I can’t believe he just dumped me? Just like that! For what??? And he did it over the text, he did not even tell it to my eyes! What an as*hole!!! He promised to make me for a vacation! We were suppose to go shopping!!!” – a drama queen, who failed on most of her promises, makes 20 phone calls to all her “friends” in order to collect the “advice” and to reinforce already damaged self-esteem.
Now that so-called dumped “victim” is seeking Magick to return a “lover” (or to be more exact, to return a “wallet”). Casting a Love Spell against the real victim of lies, scam and empty promises is NOT justifiable. Thank God, Saturn Karma is watching!
I’m sure you got the picture!!!
Let’s now talk about LOGIC.
As you learned, Pluto Retrograde brings illusions as well as “new stuff” you are consciously not familiar with.
It is a great time to kick in and practice logic.
Instead of jumping into Love Spells, consider getting a Case Diagnostic and see if you may need an Uncrossing Spell?
Instead of delaying things, can you make a logical plan on how to speed them up?
Instead of feeling confused and “cornered”, ask for guidance and simultaneously, bring out that logical part of you! It takes time, patience and energy, however – you will be making better choices! Choices that can make something a complete failure or blessed success!
Another suggestion during Pluto Retrograde is to REST.
Rest does not mean procrastinate. It means giving extra time to YOU. For example, instead of executing burdens of demanding people, learn to say NO and take that time to yourself!
Example: a friend wants you to go to the bar, so he or she can drink and you can be a safe driver. You come home tired from work. You feel obligated to fulfill that expectation. Instead of resting, you go somewhere you do not want to go, because your friend may get a DUI and you would feel guilty.
But let’s kick in some logic. Your friend has choices:
- Respect your time and understand your desires
- NOT to go to the bar (by the way, going to bars and similar places is NOT advisable during Pluto Retrograde, especially when it is in Capricorn). If you would only know what kind of energy is there right now… Bars are not a good energy to begin with and now, all sorts of “darkness” goes there to “lick the wounds” with alcohol, drama, hook-ups and “feed” on someone who is “clean”.
- Take a taxi cab
- Ask someone else
- Get a bottle and drink it at home
- There are other options too
But do you see what I mean about taking care of yourself? And using logic?
And if your friend even dares to use guilt against you, like “How could you? You know I can get a DUI? What kind of friend are you???” – then it tells you A LOT about what kind of friend you have.
Pluto REALLY wants you to take a look at such “friend” very closely.
VERY CLOSELY!
It gives you trigger points and ideas to use logic and intuition to identify WHO IS WHO!
Do you need such a friend?
If yes, why?
Do you fear abandonment?
Obligations because your friend did something for you? You can count how much you did for your friend too…
THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT PLUTO WANTS YOU TO LOOK AT!
Do you have a fear of abandonment?
What are you doing to do?
Keep so-called ”friend” or will you take care of your fear of abandonment and draw in REAL FRIENDS???
By the way, one of the best ways to get rid of fake friends and draw real friends is to use a combination of 2 candles:

Tonight marks the final Super Moon of 2014. It is the Full Moon nearest the Autumn Equinox and is also known as the Harvest Moon. This wonderfully bright moon rises earlier than other Full Moons, illuminating crops for the perfect early evening harvest (hence it’s name!).
What seeds have you sown this year? What projects and goals have you been working to attain? Reap the energy of your earnings this night, reflecting on what you have done and what you can do to bring more peace, joy, and harmony into your daily life. Have the courage to separate the wheat from its protective chaff, and discard what no long serves you.
Now, step forward with strength and confidence.
Today is also Anant Chaturdashi, the final day of Ganesh Visarjan. This is when the gorgeous statues made of Ganesh during the 11 days of Chaturthi are placed in a body of water and left to break apart. Visarjan means “immersion” and submerging these hand-made forms of Ganesh symbolizes the belief that nothing in the world is permanent, and we must let go in order to allow for change.

The Sabbat is only a week away, and we want to celebrate with you!
Here’s a free recipe from Pluto for an all-purpose, high power cleansing spray. You can spray it around your house and even on your skin whenever you need some fast, deep cleansing.
Cleansing Spray Recipe:
- Mix equal parts Rue water, Florida water, Holy water, and spring water in an empty spray bottle.
- Add a piece of quartz crystal or, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can break a quartz crystal into shards with a hammer (just be careful!).
- Place the crystal (whole or in shards) in the bottle with a teaspoon of Sea Salt and shake well.
- Leave the bottle in a window or outside in the light of the moon to charge overnight.
This works best on the Full Moon, though you can also let it charge from sunset on Hallowe’en through sunset on November 1st to harness this holiday’s energies of cleansing and protection.
All Hallow’s Eve
This is the time to harvest the fruits of your labor, let go of those things that no longer serve you, and honor those who have passed on. As you probably know, the Veil between the physical world and spiritual world is thin on Hallowe’en, so it is traditional to leave an offering for your ancestors on your altar or doorstep. Common offerings are bread and a small bowl of Florida Water or wine. You can even invite their spirits to eat with you in the evening time.
Halloween is also a time of magick and divination for the coming year. Pull out your tarot cards and your candles, and celebrate the turning of the seasons with joy and blessings for yourself and your loved ones on both sides of the Veil.

Every time is good for cleansing. Before you perform magick, after you perform magick – when you wake up, and before you go to sleep.
Not all of us have time for deep cleansing on a daily basis, so we’ve put together a little video with tips for simple, fast cleansing of yourself and your home.

Why Cleanse?
- Remove harmful energy build up.
- Keep your energy balanced and harmonized.
- Stay grounded.
- Remove effects of Evil Eye & jealousy.
- Take some time to nourish yourself!
Cleansing Bath
Add this mixture to your bath:
- 1/4 cup Epsom salt
- 1/4 cup sea salt
For moisturizing:
- Add 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
For extra strong cleansing:
- Add oil or herb of Hyssop
Cleansing Shower
- Take a shower, as you normally do.
- Mix 1/4 cup sea salt with warm water (use a bowl or cup).
- Pour this salt water over your head and down your body.
- Let it air dry on your skin.
Cleansing complete!
Why Salt?
- Salt is a traditional cleansing tool used in ancient ritual cleansings.
- In Christianity, salt has been used for centuries for baptism, cleansing, and exorcisms.
- In Hoodoo, mineral salts (Epsom and table salts) are used for cleansing and purification rituals of all kinds.
- Salt is also used in Floor Washes to cleanse the home. Simply mix some salt and ammonia in a buck of water and wash your floors with it.
- Always clean from the back of a building to the front door to remove harmful energies!
- When cleansing your body, move from your head down. This symbolizes moving the harmful energies away from you.
Very Basic House Cleansing
- Open all windows, doors, cabinets, and drawers.
- Light a bundle, stick, or cone of sage incense.
- Starting at the back of the house, carry the incense through every room. Let the smoke reach every corner. Be careful!
- When done, walk out your front door, turn around and command:
This House Is Cleansed!
Tips to Stay Cleansed
- Cut all ties with harmful or jealous people. This includes all forms of communication (text message, internet, etc.)
- Cleanse yourself and home at least once a month. More if you feel you need it.

“Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. I will give you my full story and give you permission to post it on your websites. I will talk about the build-up of events that caused me problems and how I overcame them.
I first contacted you on 19th March 2012 (on my 22nd birthday) because I was sick of being lonely on yet another birthday and I wanted you to do some love and sex magick work. As you did the case diagnostic a lot of problems came up.
Let me explain my history first.
I didn’t have the best of upbringing. I was abused as a child by family and the local religious community, from the age of 3 stabbed, dislocated joints, broken bones, cigarette burns…
Abuse went on and got much worse from 13 and onwards because that’s when I decided I no longer wanted to go to mosque (because of abuse and not happy on having beliefs forced on me). Around 13 was when shamanism and witchcraft found me.
I had a hidden stash of books which was found by my “family”. It was a really bad thing because generations back my ancestors used to stone and burn people for being accused of witchcraft.
Due to my beliefs I had been stabbed and suffered from broken bones (being hit by hammers and crowbars) since my early teens. Had I not defended myself on each occasion (almost daily for the past 10 years), I would had been fatally hurt. They believed it was totally ok to treat me like that, they believed in their “religious law” I should receive the stoning and burning to death punishment which is still practiced on other parts of the world today. Unfortunately my “family” are one of those crazy religious people and due to abuse at a very young age it took me until now (23) to get out of it, it wasn’t easy and it could have cost me my life so many times.
I just want to say that it’s not specific religions that are bad, its people. Unfortunately crazy nutjobs are found in all societies.
I kept it together all these years until July 2012 when I had a cancer scare, I kept it hidden from “family” but they found out in November 2012 and once again was beaten and wounded. I finally left home and moved into university accommodation. I was studying social work, specialising in child protection because I don’t want others to go through what I had been through.
But I should have left home sooner, instead of moving on with my life I spent the last 10 months trying to commit suicide. In the UK we have the “right to die for the terminally ill” organisations holding “rational suicide” workshops where you not only are educated in a number of quick and painless ways to die but we get to “dress rehearse” our suicide to remove the ingrained fight or flight reaction.
I tried to commit “rational suicide” myself around 50 times over the last 10 months. I would check into a hotel room, put a note on the bathroom door and lock myself. Then I would proceed to do my own ritual which would end with me killing myself. But every time I stopped at the very last moment, even though I desperately want to leave this world, it just didn’t seem right. The “ritual suicide attempts” as I call it helped me cope, even though I didn’t go through it (I’m glad I didn’t now) they gave me a release from everything.
This wasn’t about attention seeking or because of anger towards “family”. I had left behind my old life but I was still left with the pain. It was about live free or die.
Then there was a period of being homeless for the past 3-4 months and only eating every few day. However a homeless charity for young people recently helped me, they help young runaways by providing a place to stay and food. It’s been 4 weeks since my problem of being homeless has been resolved.
Now this is where you came in. I was too far gone for anyone to help me or to help myself; I couldn’t work with things like Logical Soul but I had A Prayer That Always Works PDF on my laptop. It was just there, unread, never even opened the folder.

we both can be released. And then, not only me, but also him can get more abundance
and prosperity.
In other words, his experience is a reminder of some sort of the memory my
subconscious mind was holding.

subconscious pain! Most people don’t care and then wonder why same experiences
may be happening to them later.

We pick up a lot of psychic debris in daily life. Whether it’s created by stress, our environment, or other people projecting negative energies, this psychic “dirt” adds up daily and can adversely affect you on many levels. This is why it’s so important to routinely cleanse yourself.
Physical and non physical cleansing go hand in hand, so it’s a great idea to cleanse your spiritual self after you’ve cleansed your physical body. There are many ways to go about this, so pick the method that works best for you – and always feel free to experiment! Sometimes the herbs and oils that appeal to your senses are exactly what you need, whether or not it’s considered traditionally “cleansing”.
Note: If you don’t have access to herbs and oils, just use regular salt and/or olive oil. These are very basic but very potent cleansing ingredients that can be used for cleansing just about anything. These are also a great option if you are concerned about possible allergic reactions or skin irritations.
Shower Cleansing
Sometimes you don’t have time for a full cleanse, and this is when a salt scrub can help.
- Mix two parts Epsom salt to one part sea salt.
- Add any oils or herbs you desire. (See the herb and oil lists at the bottom.)
- Oils: Add about ¼ teaspoon of any oil per 3 cups salt mixture.
- Herbs: Grind the dried herbs in a mortar and pestle or a coffee bean grinder that you use only for this purpose. Use ¼ to ½ cup of herbs total per 3 cups of salt mixture.
Store the mixture in a glass jar you can tightly seal or, if you’re looking for a quick fix, a large plastic bag that can be sealed.
Visualize yourself being purified by a waterfall of refreshing, high vibration energies as you scrub away all physical and psychic dirt with your cleansing salt mix.
Bonus: You can also use this mixture in the bath!
Bath Cleansing
A great alternative to salt mixtures is herbal water. Different herbs tap into different energies so that you can customize your cleansing. Collect the herbs you wish to include and measure about a fourth to a half cup total.
There are many ways to create your herbal water…
- Stove Top: Get a pot of water boiling (usually 3 cups of water is good). Add the herbs to the water. Let the water return to a boil, then remove from heat. Leave the herbs to steep for at least 20 minutes or up to an hour for strongest results. Then, strain the herbs from the water, retaining the water so that you can add it directly to your bath.
- Coffee Machine: If you have a drip coffee machine, put your herbs in the disposable filter. Add water to the machine (again, three cups should be enough), then turn it on. When it’s done, you’ll have a pot of herbal water ready to add to your bath! (Note: be sure to clean your coffee machine thoroughly before you next use it to make coffee.)
- Steep in Bath Water: If you want a cleansing bath that requires less preparation, simply steep your dried herbs directly in the bath water. I suggest purchasing reusable tea bags or using tied up cheesecloth to hold your herbs so that they don’t leave behind a mess or clog your drain when you finish bathing.
You can add even more cleansing properties to your herbal bath water by including a quarter cup of honey, milk, or a base oil such as jojoba or grape seed. This will also make your bath water soft and moisturizing – perfect for when your skin needs some healing.
If you want to heighten the cleansing and calming atmosphere, light two white candles and burn an incense that is pleasing to you – or choose from the list below to boost the magick.
When you finish bathing, visualize all psychic debris being carried down the drain, leaving you cleansed and glowing.
Oils and Herbs List
Note: Before using an oil in your bath water, try placing a drop on the inside of your wrist to be sure that you don’t have any negative reactions to it being on your skin. Also, be sure that any oils or herbs you purchase are of high quality and don’t include pesticides or synthetic fragrances.
Oils:
Cleansing: Camphor, Frankincense, Myrrh, Hyssop, Sage, Vetiver
Uncrossing/Protection: Patchouli, Dragon’s Blood, Eucalyptus, Pine, Rosemary, Rue (warning: rue may cause skin irritation)
Herbs:
Cleansing: Angelica, Lemon Balm, Hyssop
Uncrossing/Protection: Cinquefoil (Five Finger Grass), Galangal (Low John), Vervain (Verbena), Wood Betony, Rosemary
